SOUTH-CENTRAL DRUID EVENT - PLEASE FORWARD WIDELY*p*ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING for the SOUTH-CENTRAL DRUID COALITION*p*South-Central Druid Pig-Out Tuesday and Wednesday, May 13th and 14th, 2003 Kelts Pub (Altus, Arkansas) and Dalriada Ranch (Caulksville, Arkansas)*p*To Followers of the Druid Path from Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri,*br*Louisiana and points South and East ...*br*.*br*You are invited to join us for the initial meeting of the South-Central*br*Druid Coalition.  The purpose of this meeting is to form a regional coalition of the members of the various orders, organizations and individuals on the Druid Path active in our area. The groups represented at this time are ArkDruids, ArkOkla Druids, Corcu Nemedhiann, Druids of Texas, Henge of Keltria, Llys Don, OBOD and Order of Whiteoak. Some of the goals for this coalition are:*p*To provide greater visibility for Druidism in this region ...*p*Provide a vehicle for a united voice in local, regional, national and international matters that concern us ...*p*Provide networking opportunities and contacts for those on or wish to be on the Path of Druidism ...*p*Provide support for the projects of the various orders and organizations ...*p*To improve regional, national and international communications within the discipline ...*p*To work toward better regional organization of events and seasonal activities ...*p*And there are bound to be more ideas and issues that we will cover.  The point is to meet in-person to foster the success of these goals.*p*We'll convene at Kelts Pub at around 3:00 PM on Tuesday. The time here is set aside for greeting, getting to know each other a bit,  renewing acquaintances and relaxing before dinner.  Dinner and beverages for the gathering will be hosted by Kelts for SCDC attendees.*p*On Wednesday morning, at 10:00, breakfast will be hosted at Dalriada*br*Ranch, our home. Following that we can finalize our business in time for any that are driving distances to leave early in the afternoon.
