druid's role in prison ministry fhionamacg fhionamacg@yahoo.com Mon Mar 10 17:48:31 2003 Greetings and Blessings All*p*A further afterthought regarding Daven's posts:*p*A druid is learned, and seeks to learn. The quest for knowledge is an ongoing one. *p*In posing my questions, I am acknowledging that I am not all knowing or all wise...and perhaps, some may know of other source texts, beyond the ones that I have at hand, that may lead to further information and knowledge so that one may obtain greater understanding. For isnt that what being a druid is partly about-scholarship? The more information one has, adn the more knowledge one has on a topic, then one is better equipped to make informed decisions and to come to conclusions about that topic.*br*Or perhaps, one may suggest an interpretation of the laws that I have not considered or arrived at. *p*Sometimes, especially when I am rather muddled ( I am recovering from a recent illness) I may not be as clear and concise in expressing myself- and have found that emails and postings etc may be self limiting as a means of expression, leading to misunderstandings.*p*I hope I have cleared up any misconceptions about my intent, and what I seek and hope to accomplish in entering into such a discussion regarding a Druid's role in prison ministry. And if any are so willing, I do agree with Searles, that such a discussion should centre around the Brehon laws and Wisdom Triads and our understanding thereof. *br* *br*Just a thought.*br*F/|\ 24.65.52.189
