Dias Dhib my friends! Happy Beltinne (Ex post Facto). This past Beltinne (Our Grove's annual rite was held yesterday), I was given the responsibility of giving roles of participation out to those who wished to volunteer for a role. I was excited and thrilled by that. . Earrach (our Senior Druid) left me in charge, and my responsibilities included the above mentioned as well as digging the hole into which was placed the maypole (Sassafras Grove does a Romano-Celtic British rite for Beltinne). As I was digging the hole, I came across the same dowel rod that we had used last year to hold the may pole steady and Dianna, who is a friend of mine who was helping with the floral bowers, found a five-leaf clover. The omens were good for that rite, and it went very well. I was proud, both of my self, and of the new people who volunteered for the roles. *p*I hope y'all had/have an equally nice Beltinne.*p*Aicerno OCathasaigh
