This being understood, each person will bring a variety of energy into the flow. Some of this energy will be additive to the working. Some of it will be extraneous or unnecessary and some of it will hinder the working. The job of the "power cleaners" is to allow only what is helpful and homogeneous to the working to pass into the mix of power that is being accumulated within the circle. Other energies will flow into the ground net and return to their sources. Power cleaning is actually power filtering. In a sense, a magical circle is like a cyclotron or a bicycle wheel. The phasing and the addition of pushes should be synchronized with the characteristics of the power that is building within the boundaries of the working.*p*Searles*p*Taliesin_2 wrote,*br*<snip>*br*:*br*: Searles, I understand the concepts of focusing and *br*: pushing/applying the power, but I am unsure by what you mean *br*: when you say "cleaning the power". Could you *br*: please expand upon this concept some more? Thanks.*br* Re: Musings on the Shape of Rituals Taliesin_2 545 Sat Nov 13 02:47:30 1999
