Hi Tal...*p*I personally don't know the answers to the questions, but will ask Searles when he slows down.  We're going nuts here at the moment getting ready for the Gathering and he's working overtime trying to get all his hours in for the week by Wednesday (when we leave), so it's kinda crazed around here right now.*p*Hopefully, somebody has heard of this book...
