(ie- i thought i wuz coming down here to learn thelemic ways and to incorporate that into what i currently do. but since this opportunity to learn the pipes and march with the band, i think that is *one* of the reasons. also, i am finding myself being more and more drawn towards taoist teachings.) *p*and with having sayd that, i would like to pose a question:*p*with taoism being centered more or less on altering how you are affectd by situations around you (as opposed to altering who and how your are, and altering the events around you), and simply going about your daily life without *trying* to do anything or *doing* anything (tak pooh for example..yes i have read the tao of pooh- lol...he just goes about daily life and the things he needs just seem to come across him). and not to say that druidry is not completely out of whack with taoism, but are druidry and taoism able to be combined? i like my driudic ways, and i like taoist ways, and i would like to live each...and if i could live both i would enjoy that. but at this early stage i am not sure if they align. i will be doing jouneys and meditations to figure this all out. but since i value the opinions and theories an wisdoms of those here..i decided to ask you as well.*p*thanx in advance*p*blessings*br*mike
