The Sanctuary is, as I see it, a place that carries spirit without the requirements and every day expectations of humans. It is a place to rest and to grow, like a vine that seems to lay on the ground while it tastes the world with its tendrils.*p*I have long felt that such a place should include a book of sacred poems wherein the visitor may find solace, encouragment, guidance...whatever he or she seeks or needs at the moment.*p*Let this be that book. Come to the low table among the soft pillows and read, and rest, and grow like a vine gently guided toward the skies.*p**br*[Note: The poems I will slowly add to this collection are all in the public domain.
