I hope this is the right place to post this.  Sanctuary is certainly what's needed here.*p*I have recently been told of a law in North Carolina that states that the state Department of Social Services has the authority to remove children from their parents if those parents are found to be pagan.  I need to know if this is true.  I know that such a law would be unconstitutional, but I would rather not have to spend months parted from my children while fighting a constitutional battle.*p*Chances are, this is one of those obscure laws form the early days of this country that never got revoked.  But I need to know for sure that this law exists, and what I can do about it.  I will not have anyone take my children away, and especially not for my religious views.*p*Please, can someone tell me for sure whether this is true?*p*Aodhfionn
