Hello!*p*Glad Lughnasadh to all in the northern hemisphere, and an Imbolc full of bright promise for the coming Spring to those of us in the southern hemisphere.  I'm making some corn-husk dolls this afternoon (we didn't have any stalks of wheat for traditional "corn-dollies,") from corn harvested early in the season (it was the first locally-grown I'd seen at a farmers' market this year.)  I give thanks for the harvest to come, and for the loving heart of Tailltu, Who cleared the land of many of Her wild plant-friends that the human tribes might farm and eat, even though She died of grief over the plants and trees who were uprooted and sent on to the next cycle before their time.
