That picture is me accepting the position of one of the first two Baronial Rapier Guardsmen in the SCA Barony of Sacred Stone. I'm very proud of that. I'm the one on the left.

See all those things I've got under hobbies? They all mean one thing. I'm perpetually confused. But that's okay. I don't have to know which way is up to know it's the way I'm going. My wife says that makes me either an eternal optimist or a bard. Personally, I don't see much difference between the two.
