Re: Dark Elves Shadow Hawk Sat Apr 17 07:49:33 1999 Hello Silver Dove,*p*>: I am looking for any Info on Dark Elves<*p* Elves are elves are elves, just as witches are neither "white" nor "black". Some are friendlier while others are not so, usually from past dealings with people and our incursions into their domains.*p*>>A very good Pagan friend of mine,Is in fact I suppose you could say being haunted by them. She has frighting dreams about them. And *br*because she has no idea they even exsisted until her dreams, She has no idea what to do about it.<<*p* It's a possibility that she is being haunted, but since it seems to happen in the dreams I would look first what's going on in her environment around her to determine if she's really haunted or if it's more inner vision/voice trying to get messages through. For instance, elves are often seen as more powerful, more magical, more ethereal and longer lived than us. In many ways, far superior. So dreams about fighting them may be a reflection about fighting forces in her life that she feels overwhelmed by. If there is nothing following this train of investigation first, see if someone else that is sensitive can go into the bedroom without being tipped off about "dark spirits" (prejudices them) and get a reading on the "vibes" of the room. Spirits (just like people) leave psychic echos of themselves that can be detected. This includes elves. If the sensitive confirms that there is a "dark" presense there, a general cleaning of the room (I use sandlewood or sage) followed by painting all the doors, windows and walls with light from a candle (armor plating them) along with establishing her own guardians along with a protective circle about the bed should do the trick. It's good practice to do this anyway to your bedroom, when you are out astrally travelling you want to make sure that your body isn't occupied when you get back home (g).*br* Once you have established your territory (bedroom), then often you will find that elves really really REALLY like an offering of whiskey. None of this milk stuff for them! (g). I sometimes sit down outside and share a glass of Jack Daniels with them and we are on pretty good terms because of it.*br* If after all this, there is still problems, it's time for your friend to seek the consult of an experienced and knowledgeable priest/ess in your area. *br* I have to admit tho, that your friend is a pagan and doesn't know how to protect herself has me a bit concerned, that should be BASIC training. We delve in forces that you have to be careful with. Perhaps she should seek out someone in her area that she respects that she can at least take a Wicca 101 course from.*p*Bright Blessings,*br* Shadow Hawk*br* Dark Elves Silver Dove 349 Tue Apr 13 04:37:18 1999
