Hi everyone, *p*I'm devoting a section of the next issue of www.4DPortal.com to examining the question "What is ego?" It's one of those tricky words that are used to refer to different things by different people. *br*Two people may even agree on the same metaphysical model yet disagree on which bits should be called ego. *p*And so I am inviting people to submit short definitions/articles explaining ego, as they see it (less than 2 pages, preferably 1 page). I'll write an introduction/summary/commentry article and then publish the most representative articles. Those articles not published as part of the e-magazine will be posted as apendixes in the 4DPortal discussion board. If you just want to submit a couple of paragraphs, that's fine too... the more views the better. *p*In my article I'll highlight the main similarities and the differences between the definitions. *br*If there is anyone who is well versed in Buddhism, Taoism, Wicca, or any other school of thought, I'd appreciate definitions from those perspectives. *p*Please submit your articles to Lau@4DPortal.com and let me know whether your writing from a Buddhist/other perspective or from your own perspective.
