I would be interested in writing penpal fashion to anyone with regards to paganism and such things, I admit to being basically ignorant, but since I was very young have felt a very strong connection to celtic traditions and paganism in general. Later, when I visited Scotland, and even moreso to Ireland, I had a nearly overwhelming sense of Deja vu in several places. What are the Celtic beliefs regarding reincarnation? I currently am living in  Tibeatan Buddhist monastery where I have been teaching for the past 3 years. I would welcome any sincere responses from any one who wouldn't mind too much all my unanswered questions!
