Hi PurpleHaze,*p*Check out a group in the Dallas/Fort Worth area called Betwixt and Between.  It's run by Maeven Eller.  This is exactly what she has done and although they have had their own set of challenges in the first couple of years of operation, they seem to be thriving now.*p*Go a search online and see if you can find them.  I don't know if they have a website, but they do have an email list that you can join that keeps you posted of events and news of the place.*p*Good luck with your shop.  Where were you thinking of opening one?*p*Deborah
