Totem? Matthew J. Brown matt@my7theclectic.com Fri Sep 13 21:38:34 2002 I am curious as to whether anyone out there is familiar with a totem image of sorts which I'll try to describe here. I found a very close or similar instance some time back on the Internet, and subsequently lost it!*p*The Totem (short version):*p*Picture a curiously intricate knife where the blade is a great heart shape. The heart (appears to have a face and represents an entity, being or perhaps state of...)is attached to a hilt which consists of a large precious stone which also resembles a shield with the image of an imposing Druidic (wizardly, ancient) character in it's midst directly above the heart, standing out as the center of focus tying all the totem together (all else appear as facets of this single imposing character). Above the Ancient the knife hilt/totem extends up as various faces of contorted expression (stages of some evolution?) At the top is the last face which is unmistakably that of Christ (according to the image we all know from depictions throughtout history). There is more, but that is the general idea more or less)! *p*I have restrained from interpreting the scene, can you tell, LOL! though could not do so completely as it lent itself to the description which I wish to relate here!*p*Any comments or information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. 208.187.131.183
