Re: Totem? Additional Description!!! Matthew J. Brown matt@my7theclectic.com Fri Sep 13 21:58:19 2002 Matthew J. Brown wrote,*br*: I am curious as to whether anyone out there is *br*: familiar with a totem image of sorts which I'll *br*: try to describe here. I found a very close or *br*: similar instance some time back on the Internet, *br*: and subsequently lost it!*br*:*br*: The Totem (short version):*br*:*br*: Picture a curiously intricate knife where the *br*: blade is a great heart shape. The heart (appears *br*: to have a face and represents an entity, being or *br*: perhaps state of...)is attached to a hilt which *br*: consists of a large precious stone which also *br*: resembles a shield with the image of an imposing *br*: Druidic (wizardly, ancient) character in it's *br*: midst directly above the heart, standing out as *br*: the center of focus tying all the totem together *br*: (all else appear as facets of this single imposing *br*: character). Above the Ancient the knife *br*: hilt/totem extends up as various faces of *br*: contorted expression (stages of some evolution?) *br*: At the top is the last face which is unmistakably *br*: that of Christ (according to the image we all know *br*: from depictions throughtout history). There is *br*: more, but that is the general idea more or less)! *br*: *br*:*br*: I have restrained from interpreting the scene, can *br*: you tell, LOL! though could not do so completely *br*: as it lent itself to the description which I wish *br*: to relate here!*br*:*br*: Any comments or information would be greatly *br*: appreciated! Thank you.*p**br*Oh I forgot to mention that the characters extending up above the heart have small undeveloped wings like cherubs short of grace, except for the central figure and that of the last... the first and last you might say! All but the heart appear masculine. The great big heart is feminine!*p*Matt Totem? Matthew J. Brown 845 Fri - Sep 13 - 9:38pm 208.187.131.183
