Most of the ones I have focus on the question of whether or not Wicca (or Asatru) is a bona fide religion. One (Dodge v Salvation Army) covers whether or not Christian organizations can fire someone because they're not Christian.*p*And (random sidenote) I goofed. US v Philips is not the Virginia Federal case, it's a US Military Court decision.
